Personalised Items

As all of our personalised products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items unless they are faulty or have been damaged during transit.

Please ensure that all personalisation details are correct before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for errors submitted at checkout.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product. Please contact us within 5 days of your order being delivered so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To enable us to investigate and process your claim, please include:

  • A clear photo of the packaging showing the delivery address label.
  • A clear photo (or photos) of the damaged or faulty item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds or replacements without these photographs, as they are required for our investigation with our delivery partners where applicable.

We aim to review all claims promptly and will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
