Where do you ship to?
We ship to the UK only, however we will be shipping to the EU very soon!
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are on a turnaround of 1-2 working days before dispatch. However, in busy periods where we have a sudden influx of orders they may take slighter longer.
Please check our homepage for up to date turnaround times.
How will I know if my order has been dispatched?
As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the delivery method you have chosen.
Your dispatch confirmation will also contain details of how to track the progress of your delivery. You can also login at any time to see the status of your order.
Can I change my order?
We try and help you as much as possible, however if your order has been sent to production we are unable to make a change.
If you email us within 4 hours of ordering we should be able to make necessary changes for you.
How do I choose the correct size?
Our size guides are listed on each clothing advert. We recommend checking our size guide before placing your order.

Do your baby and children's clothes fit true to size?
Our pyjamas do run up longer than average,
but we recommend checking our size guide before placing your order.

Personalisation
How do I personalise my order?
To personalise your order, there will be a personalisation box on the advert should this be available to do so.
How many letters can I have embroidered?
You can have as many as you would like, however the more letters - the smaller it will be.
From this we do recommend 12 character at most.
Can I see a preview?
Yes of course. Simply drop us a message or leave a note at checkout, and our team will be in touch within 24hrs - excluding weekend
Returns
Can I return my order?
If the order has been damaged in any way then please get in contact within 10 working days of receiving the order.
We will replace the products if they have been damaged. However, due to the nature of personalised products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless it is a fault on our part. Please refer to our online returns policy for full details.
